About the role

As Product Designer you’ll play a key role in improving and expanding our software platform, which is already being used by some of the world’s best retail brands to understand their customers more deeply.

You will work closely with our team of Product Engineers and report directly to our CPO Cofounder (ex Palantir) to make complex data and operational workflows simple, intuitive, and beautiful. You’ll design dashboards and interfaces that bring together customer feedback from a wide variety of sources and intersect it with other user data – giving our customers powerful insights that change the course of their business.

You’ll use Figma as your primary design tool. This role is ideal for someone with SaaS analytics design experience, an ability to make complex data simple and easy to understand, and familiarity with designing workflow products that trigger operational actions.

Key responsibilities
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback on design concepts and usability

  • Work closely with the CPO to understand product requirements and specifications

  • Create user flows, wireframes, and prototype design solutions

  • Think critically through all possible user states - put yourself in the user’s shoes and preempt what their challenges and needs are likely to be, so that you can design functional and intuitive solutions

  • Produce high-fidelity designs ready for development, including detailed information about expected user functionality

  • Work closely with Product Engineers to incorporate technical feasibility feedback and inputs into your designs, and ensure they have everything needed to build

  • Review build outputs to ensure they align with your intended designs and functionality

  • Refine and extend Sourcerie’s design system
