About the role

As CRM, Retention, & Community Manager you'll be fully responsible for all aspects of community at Sourcerie. Our co-creation platform enables brands to develop new messaging, products, and services through engaging a targeted user panel of their own community, often supplemented with members of Sourcerie's own community. Recruiting, growing, engaging, managing, and communicating with Sourcerie's community and our customers' communities is a core element of what we deliver for our customers and is critical to our ability to run, automate, and scale feedback projects. You would work closely alongside and in collaboration with our Customer Success and Engineering Leads, and report directly to our Cofounder.

Key responsibilities
  • Own Sourcerie's Klaviyo CRM end-to-end, including creation & optimisation of flows and campaigns, hitting open & click-through rate targets, and creation of all email content

  • Manage, engage, and grow Sourcerie's existing community from 10k+ to 50k+ members

  • Work closely with our engineering team and customer success team to deliver top performing feedback collection projects, including any upfront recruitment required, opt-in requirements, etc.

  • Track and report on CRM and community metrics

  • Support the product team to think through incentive structures and integration into loyalty programs

  • Interact with Sourcerie's DB through SQL or no-code tools to extract the data you require to perform your job - this also requires you to get intimately familiar with Sourcerie's data model, user states, etc.

Desired skills, experience and attributes

You’re excited about the opportunity to work with a high-growth startup in an early stage. You’re hungry for ownership, autonomy, and responsibility, within a highly collaborative team. You’re looking for something to be deeply invested in and are drawn to and energised by doing things that are hard.

You:

  • know Klaviyo and other CRMs inside and out and are a true expert in setting it up from scratch as well as optimising it - this includes being a master of campaigns and flows, but also deeply understanding technical integrations and triggers

  • have a demonstrated ability to track and optimise for open rates, click through rates, and CTA completion rates

  • are an excellent copywriter and can hit the TOV nail on the head; your spelling and grammar are impeccable

  • have built an engaged community before and scaled it to 50k users - you know where and how to recruit and engage effectively, whether that be FB, IG, Reddit, etc.

  • have experience driving loyalty, retention, and engagement at an ecommerce brand - and are familiar with the most common loyalty platforms that Shopify brands use

  • know how to best incentivise participation and response rates from a community and/or user panel at scale

  • are analytical and data literate - a spreadsheet wiz at a minimum, maybe you can write some SQL - experience with Tableau, Looker, Trevor, or similar platforms is a plus
